TENDER DESCRIPTION

Tuumakodit, Tuusula municipal properties Ltd., requests a tender for a Target Price Contract for the construction project named VT Pajukiitäjä (design and building-technical and plumbing, heating, ventilation and air-conditioning, sanitary engineering (LVIAS) works) in accordance with the tender request documents. We request a fixed-price target price contract offer implemented in accordance with the ARK plans and documents attached. Main contract, target price contract, including the building contract and the main contractor’s duties, including plumbing, electrical and building automation contract(s). The construction site consists of 2 terraced houses, which will provide a total of eight dwellings. The external building will house the technical spaces, the dwellings’ network storage units/property storage, and the external intermediate storage space. The construction site comprises, in accordance with the Contract, the implementation design and the construction of the terraced house(s) including the outdoor areas, in the scope specified in the attached contract estimate documents, so that at the time of acceptance the project is fully completed in its entirety.
