TENDER DESCRIPTION

Tuusula Municipal Properties Ltd, Tuumakodit, requests a tender for a Target Price Contract for the construction project named VT Pajukiitäjä (design as well as building-technical and HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) and plumbing and electrical installations (LVIAS) works) in accordance with the tender documents. We request a fixed-price target price contract tender to be implemented in accordance with the attached ARCH (ARK) plans and documents. Main contract, target price contract, including the construction contract and the main contractor’s tasks, including HVAC, electrical and building automation contract packages. The construction site consists of 2 terraced houses, providing a total of eight apartments. The external building will house technical facilities, the apartments’ storage rooms (network storage/house storage) and an external temporary storage room.
