TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is rental vehicles for the Kuopio and Varkaus campuses for the period 2026–2027. The procurement includes an option period lasting one academic year (2027–2028), the activation of which the contracting entity will decide at a later date. Microkatu, Kuopio (1.11.2026 – 28.5.2027) Two vehicles: - Vehicle category 3 (large mid-range, passenger car, estate model, passenger car of M1 category in accordance with Section 20 of the Vehicle Act (82/2021)) - Power source: plug-in hybrid - Model year 2023 or newer Varkaus (1.11.2026 – 28.5.2027) One vehicle: - Vehicle category 3 (large mid-range, passenger car, estate model, passenger car of M1 category in accordance with Section 20 of the Vehicle Act (82/2021)) - Power source: plug-in hybrid - Model year 2023 or newer All vehicles’ rental period includes an interruption period lasting from 14.12.2026 to 10.1.2027. The supplier has no right to charge rent for the interruption period. The mileage limit for the whole year is 20,000 km per vehicle.
