TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement concerns rental vehicles for the Kuopio and Varkaus campuses for the 2026-2027 season. The procurement includes an option period of one academic year (2027-2028), the activation of which will be decided later by the contracting authority. Microkatu, Kuopio (1.10.2026 – 28.5.2027) Two vehicles: - Vehicle class 3 (large mid-size, passenger car, station wagon model, "Hansel classification") - Power source: plug-in hybrid / electric Varkaus (1.10.2026 – 28.5.2027) One vehicle: - Vehicle class 3 (large mid-size, passenger car, station wagon model, "Hansel classification") - Power source: plug-in hybrid / electric The rental period for all vehicles includes a suspension period lasting from 14.12.2026 to 10.1.2027. The supplier is not entitled to charge rent for the suspension period. The mileage limit for the entire year is 20,000 km per vehicle. The supplier must deliver the vehicles to the Client's campuses at Microkatu 1, Kuopio and Opiskelijankatu 3, Varkaus, as well as collect the vehicles for the suspension period from the same locations.
