The municipal rental housing company Asikkalatalot Oy is constructing new rental row houses in the municipal center on the site of the current Ehtookoto properties at the intersection of Mikkolantie and Ruskokuja. At least 28 apartments ranging from studios to larger family apartments. The apartments will primarily be located in three different buildings on the same plot.
