TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this tender procedure is the external render/ETICS (facade) works for the above-mentioned construction measure (external thermal insulation composite system including plinth insulation as well as top render/silicone resin render). The works in particular include the execution of the ETICS and the render surfaces on the façades of building 49N and the workshop hall. The essential scope items in accordance with the bill of quantities VWR43-300-05 are: approx. 2,000 m² external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS) facade. approx. 2,200 m² silicone resin render. approx. 250 m² foam glass slab as plinth insulation. approx. 1,900 m² top render KR 2. approx. 150 m² top render KR 1.
