TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of performance for Part 1 of the public contract is the supply of laboratory benches for the reconstructed laboratories of the Centre for Nanotechnologies (CNT) in building “N” (CEETe II). The scope of performance also includes delivery to the place of performance, installation, and putting into operation, including verification of functionality. The detailed technical specification for Part 1 of the public contract is provided in Annex No. 1a to the Tender Documentation. The conditions for performance are further set out in the commercial conditions for Part 1 of the public contract (draft contract), which form Annex No. 2a to the Tender Documentation.
