TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of performance of this public contract within this tender procedure is: Delivery of a new (not refurbished) paraffin embedding line for histology, including transport to the contracting authority’s registered office, installation, commissioning, performance of the necessary tests for commissioning, and instruction of operators in accordance with applicable legislation for medical devices. The subject matter also includes the provision of free warranty for quality pursuant to Section 2113 and following of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, for a duration of 24 months; the warranty also includes free provision of the warranty-authorised comprehensive service arrangement required for operation of the medical device in accordance with applicable legislation.
