TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of performance of the public contract within this tender procedure is: Delivery of a new (not refurbished) paraffin embedding line for histology, including transport to the contracting authority’s premises, installation, commissioning, performance of the necessary tests for commissioning and operator instruction in accordance with the applicable legislation for medical devices. The subject matter includes the provision of a free-of-charge warranty for quality pursuant to Sec. 2113 and the following provisions of Act No 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, with a duration of 24 months; the warranty also includes free-of-charge performance of warranty-authorised comprehensive servicing arrangements required for operating the medical device in accordance with the applicable legislation.
