TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the concession procedure is to ensure the safe and continuous operation of water management assets after 2026, in accordance with national legislation, in particular Act No. 274/2001 Sb., on water supply and sewerage for the public need and on amending certain other laws, as amended. The water management assets consist of a functionally interconnected set of water supply infrastructure owned by the city of Roztoky and the company VUAB Pharma a.s. (hereinafter referred to as “VUAB”), which will be operated as a single operating unit for the duration of the concession. These are: - Water mains (Suchdol – supply main, Roztoky/ Město Roztoky – distribution water supply network, Roztoky u Prahy – supply main) owned by the city of Roztoky. - Sewerage (Roztoky/ Město Roztoky/ Roztoky u Prahy – municipal – sewer network) owned by the city of Roztoky. - A municipal wastewater treatment plant owned by the city of Roztoky. - An industrial wastewater treatment plant owned by VUAB. - A sludge terminal owned by VUAB.
