TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract is the complete provision of construction management services within the project called completion of the Elementary School and Secondary School Šeberov, which includes the following construction parts: • Gymnasium with sports preparation Šeberov; • Šeberov – outdoor sports facilities; • Šeberov – technical infrastructure, all according to the principles and standards of the model service agreement between the contracting authority and the consultant in accordance with the contractual terms, which are annexed to the tender documentation, especially: • project management and coordination, • quality control, • monitoring and reporting, • resolving technical and contractual issues, • support during handover and completion of the work, • claim management, • technical supervision of the construction, • delivery of a common data environment CDE-P.
