The contract is concluded for a definite period of 60 months, starting from the day the services begin, as per Article 3.3 of the contract. The contract becomes valid on the date it is signed by both parties and effective on the date of its publication in the contract register.

• Delivery and implementation of the System, along with employee instruction, within 270 days from the contract's effective date.
• Technical support, maintenance, and related services will commence from the signing of the handover protocol, as specified in Article 5.1 of the contract, and will continue for the entire duration of the contract.

The core scope of work for this tender involves the comprehensive delivery, installation, and configuration of a server infrastructure for the Center of Cardiovascular and Transplant Surgery. The primary objective is to establish a highly available computing environment distributed across two physical locations. This includes the full implementation and commissioning of the server infrastructure for all client locations, covering computing, storage, and a backup solution with an offsite location, as well as long-term archiving on tape media and all necessary supporting infrastructure and implementation work.
