TENDER DESCRIPTION
This tender seeks the design and implementation of a central integration platform for the city of Komárno, focused on integrating city data and diverse IoT elements to establish a comprehensive smart city ecosystem. The scope encompasses all phases from analysis and design, through procurement of necessary hardware and software, to implementation, rigorous testing, deployment, and ongoing post-implementation support for 60 months. The platform must demonstrate system and integration scalability, offer a multilingual web interface with responsive design, and incorporate advanced functionalities like LPR, facial recognition, behavior detection, Big Data analytics, and interoperability with existing systems via specified APIs and data formats. The total project duration is 12 months from the contract's effective date, with dedicated phases for analysis (2 months), procurement, implementation and testing (8 months), and deployment (2 months), followed by the 60-month SLA.

The contract timeline is as follows:
The total duration for the realization of the Work (Dielo) is 12 months from the effective date of the Contract for Work.
The project is divided into the following key phases:
- Analysis and Design: This phase will run for a maximum of 2 months starting from the effective date of the Contract for Work. This corresponds to milestone R1.
- Procurement of Technical Means, Software, and Services: This phase involves providing the SaaS platform and will commence in the first month of the project, simultaneously with the "Analysis and Design" phase. This includes milestones R2-1 for Technical Means Procurement and R2-2 for Software and Services Procurement.
- Implementation and Testing: This phase will last a maximum of 8 months and begins upon the completion of the "Analysis and Design" phase. This corresponds to milestone R3.
- Deployment: This phase will last a maximum of 2 months following the completion of the "Implementation and Testing" phase. This is related to milestone R4, which also includes post-implementation support.
Additionally, the SLA Contract is effective for a period of 60 months, starting from the date the Final Acceptance Protocol for the entire IS work under the Contract for Work is signed.
