TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works on the project “Construction of a health and social services facility for social services in Mani – “KAMILKA” ZSS MAŇA”, in the cadastral area of Veľká Maňa, municipality of Maňa, Nové Zámky District, on plots in accordance with the new land survey plan No. 104/6, 104/14, 104/22, 104/23, 104/24, 104/25, 104/26, 104/27, 104/28 and 104/29, within the scope of the design documentation for building permit and for the construction of the building. The subject of the solution is the construction of a new specialized health and social services facility with a year-round residential form, including complete technical equipment of the building, connections for utilities, road/transport access, parking and paved areas, and related site (area) structures. The architectural solution is based on creating a safe, barrier-free environment of a family-type character with direct contact of clients with the exterior.
