TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of this contract is the provision of construction supervision services within the project: Malcov – Lenartov – Sewerage and WWTP (hereinafter referred to as the "Construction"). The successful bidder shall, according to the conditions agreed in the contract, oversee the execution of works on the Construction under the contract for work concluded between the contracting authority and the contractor of the Construction, ensuring that all works are carried out in accordance with generally binding legal regulations, STN standards and technical specifications, within the set timeframe and within the price agreed in the contract for work and in compliance with the conditions specified by the contract for work. 2.
