TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public contract is the replacement (dismantling) of existing radio water meters for hot and cold water (hereinafter “DHW” and “DCW”) by supplying and installing new water meters with remote data reading, including the provision of monthly consumption information. The water meters will be installed on the water distribution lines in the installation service shafts of residential and non-residential units. Consumption values will be activated via the portal service (data bus) and access to a customer portal will be provided, which will provide monthly consumption information for individual service recipients in accordance with applicable legislation. Furthermore, it involves replacing heat cost allocators (hereinafter “ITN”) by supplying and installing new meters with remote data reading, including the provision of monthly consumption information and cost allocation services in residential buildings in the territory of the Contracting Authority.
