TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract is the replacement (dismantling) of existing radio water meters for hot and cold water (hereinafter referred to as “HW” and “CW”) with the supply and installation of new meters with remote data reading, including the provision of monthly consumption information. The water meters will be installed on the water supply lines in the installation shafts of residential and non-residential units. Consumption values will be activated through a portal service (data bus) and access to a customer portal will be provided, which will supply monthly consumption information for the individual recipients of the services in accordance with the applicable legislation. Further, the replacement of heat cost allocators (hereinafter referred to as “HCAs”) with the supply and installation of new meters with remote data reading, including the provision of monthly consumption information and cost allocation services in residential buildings in the territory of the Contracting Authority.
