PART 1 purchase and delivery of computer equipment and technical equipment (see Appendix No. 1 to this part of the tender documents) together with their delivery to the place of delivery, which is Primary School Pieninská 27, 974 11 Banská Bystrica, under the project “Modernisation and reconstruction of the Primary School Pieninská, Banská Bystrica”, and in accordance with the Purchase Contract (Appendix No. 1 to Part III. of the tender documents) and its annexes. If, based on the nature of the computer equipment and technical equipment, this follows, the delivery of the subject of the contract also includes professional installation, setup, connection to technical networks, commissioning, testing, and training of the Purchaser’s employees in the operation and maintenance of the computer equipment and equipment.
