TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the preparation of the strategic document “Transport Service Plan for the Years 2027-2037 for the interested area of the City of Banská Bystrica”, which, pursuant to Act No. 332/2023 Coll. on public passenger transport and on amendments and supplements to certain laws, including the relevant implementing regulations, will be a basis for the preparation of timetables in regular transport, for granting authorisations to operate a route, for concluding contracts on transport services and for planning the public procurement contracting authority’s infrastructure investment activity as the contracting authority and of the organisations within its competence. The main objective is to increase the share of passengers of public passenger transport in the division of transport work in the city.
