TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of this public contract is the provision of deliveries of materials, construction and installation works in accordance with the bill of quantities, deliveries and services in accordance with the attached project documentation. The subject matter of performance and the tender price include in particular: a) Ensuring the setting-out and protection of existing and new underground utility networks, including a protocol on their undamaged status upon their return handover to the operators/managers. b) Deliveries, routing/distribution and installation of passive elements of the optical communications network, commissioning it including measurement test reports. c) Preparation of as-built documentation. d) Ensuring all documents required by law and by the contracting authority, regulations, i.e. prescribed tests, inspections (e.g. of electrical equipment), certificates of conformity for materials and products, declarations of conformity, warranty certificates, etc. e) Ensuring all statutory documents and conditions for the use of the structure and submitting them to the competent administrative authority (§ 2i of the line law-LZ) (use), including obtaining a permit…
