The subject of the contract is the construction of a new senior citizens’ home. The building is designed as a four-storey facility and is divided into 2 sections — a senior citizens’ home and a home with a special regime. In the building and part of the senior citizens’ home, there will be 50 single-occupancy rooms and 5 double-occupancy rooms. In the special-regime section, there will then be 20 single-occupancy rooms. The total capacity of the new home is therefore 80 beds. The home also includes a children’s group for 20 children. The project also includes parking spaces, paved areas, landscaping and exterior modifications. The public contract is not divided into parts, and therefore partial performance is not possible.
