TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract consists of construction works involving the construction of a cultural and social hall building in the Brno-Slatina municipal district, which will include, among other things, a multifunctional hall, a café, clubs for children's leisure activities, a small administrative background, technical rooms, sanitary facilities, underground and surface parking, and landscaping of the adjacent surroundings. The construction works also include demolition (especially of existing surfaces) and tree felling. The subject of the public contract is defined by a list of construction works, supplies, and services with a bill of quantities. The project documentation also includes Gastro, Interior, and AVT elements, which are not part of the subject of the public contract.
