TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is the execution of the work titled “Construction of OZE heat pumps at the Tepláreň západ plant” (hereinafter only the “work”). The work consists mainly of design and engineering activities, preparation of the construction execution documentation in greater detail, technological supplies, supply, transport and installation of the technology, construction works, testing and commissioning of the work, measurement of guaranteed parameters, training of the contracting authority’s personnel, as well as servicing of inspections of the work within the scope according to the contract for work including its annexes. The technological concept of the work is based on the installation of new air/water and water/water heat pumps, a buffer tank, and transformers. A detailed specification of the subject of the contract is contained in these tender documents as Annex No. 4 to the draft contract for work (hereinafter only the “draft contract”), in particular in Article 1 of the draft contract and in Annexes A and B to the draft contract.
