TENDER DESCRIPTION
The foundations, including piles and retaining walls, are reinforced concrete. The hall and entrance area have a designed galvanized steel frame structure. The balcony at the level of the existing hall and entrance will be made of a concrete slab on a steel structure and columns. The staircase will be made of grating. The gates will be sectional, insulated with electric drive. The doors will be aluminum. The outer shell will be founded on a concrete threshold with insulation and will be made of light panels metal-mineral wool-metal, as will the roof. The roof of the entrance area will have a slight slope supplemented by a roofing membrane for flat roofs. In the training hall, there will be fire water supply piping, gas piping to heating units, electricity for lighting, sockets, and sports equipment. The fire water supply connection will be in the corridor of the existing hall by the elevator. The gas pipeline will be newly installed on the existing route from the HUP to reduce pressure losses.
