TENDER DESCRIPTION

The foundations, including piles and retaining walls, are made of reinforced concrete. The hall and the entrance porch have a designed galvanized steel frame structure. The balcony at the level of the existing hall and entrance porch will be formed by a concrete slab on a steel structure and columns. The staircase will be made of grating. The gates will be sectional, insulated, with an electric drive. The doors will be made of aluminium. The perimeter cladding will be based on a concrete threshold with insulation and will consist of light panels sheet-metal–mineral wool–sheet-metal, as will the roof. For the entrance porch, a low-slope roof will be supplemented with a roofing membrane for flat roofs. Within the training hall, fire-water supply, gas supply to the heating units, electricity for lighting, sockets and sports equipment will be routed. The connection for the fire-water supply will be in the corridor of the existing hall by the elevator. For the purpose of reducing pressure losses, a new gas pipeline will be installed in the existing route starting from the HUP. The gas meter and the connection of the existing gas boiler in the hall will be in the existing location.…
