TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the supply of a retractable seating system for the culture house in Oščadnica. The basis of the system is a stepped structure on which the seats will be mounted. This structure must be able to slide into itself (like a telescope) and be stored in a wall – justification: to ensure a change in the functionality of the used space (reason: the space is intended to be used for other activities as well). The entire movement process must be centrally controlled by means of a control panel with remote or manual operation. As part of the proposal for fulfilling the criterion, it is also necessary to include the costs for additional services such as transportation, assembly, installation, and training in the operation of the seating system. A more detailed specification of the subject of the contract is provided in Section B.1 “Description of the subject of the contract” of the tender documents, and in the project documentation and bill of quantities, which are included in the tender documents as Appendix “B”.
