Vývoj konektoru na propojení informačního systému operačního řízení HZS ČR s okolními státy

The contract becomes effective on the day of its publication in the contract register. The contract is for a definite period of sixty (60) months, starting from the date the Client signs the first acceptance protocol according to Article II, paragraph 7, letter b) of the Contract. The contract is valid from the date both contracting parties affix a valid recognized electronic electronic signature.

Key milestones include:

• Work specified in Article I, paragraph 2, letter A) must be completed and handed over to the Client within two (2) months from the effective date of the Contract.
• Work specified in Article I, paragraph 2, letters B), C), and D) will be delivered on dates determined by individual written calls for performance from the Client.

The core scope of work and statement of work summary for this tender, titled "DEVELOPMENT OF THE CONNECTOR FOR CONNECTING THE INFORMATION SYSTEM OF THE OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT OF THE FIRE AND RESCUE SERVICE OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC WITH NEIGHBORING STATES", includes several key areas:

• Development of the Connector (Konektor): This involves the delivery and implementation of necessary software, including source codes, into the client's equipment, along with providing exclusive, unlimited usage rights and licenses for the software and source codes. It also encompasses implementation and deployment into live operation, conducting all required tests, training the client's personnel, and preparing and handing over all operational, user, and service documentation.
• Connection of the Connector with Neighboring States: This specifically includes linking the Connector with the operational centers of the Slovak Republic, Austrian Republic, Polish Republic, Free State of Saxony, and Free State of Bavaria. These connections are part of various Interreg projects and will be executed based on written requests from the client, with an agreed total of 600 man-days for these connections.
• Delivery and Implementation of Map Data: This covers providing and implementing map data into the Connector for the territory of the Czech Republic and areas of neighboring states (Slovakia, Austria, Poland, Saxony, Bavaria) within 50 km of their respective borders. These are also part of specific Interreg projects and will be fulfilled upon written requests.
• Further Development of the Connector: This involves providing up to 300 man-days for development and ad-hoc modifications of existing components, as well as the creation of new modules and functionalities as needed by the client, based on separate written requests.
• Operational and Security Support: This includes continuous proactive monitoring (24/7/365), operational support (Service Desk), remote administration, localization and repair of errors, cooperation in resolving software and programming defects, ensuring a minimum system availability of 99.9% per year, system updates, enhanced production environment support (SLA), consultations, advice, and monthly ServiceDesk reports.
