TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract is the preparation of project documentation at the level for construction implementation (DPS) for the project “Replacement of HVAC distribution lines in the G-CENTRUM building, Ostrava-Zábřeh”. The aim is to carry out the replacement and modification of HVAC distribution lines, including air-handling units, with the addition of a chilled-water source, and with a new connection to the Building Management System (MaR). The project documentation should include a proposal for replacing the HVAC system taking into account the current use of the building, so that forced ventilation and its control meet current requirements, and the operation and use of the equipment are comfortable.
