TENDER DESCRIPTION

The service includes the delivery, installation and ready-for-operation placement of the loose furniture (cost group 600) on the basements, ground floor and upper floor according to the furniture plans, in particular: • Seating and lounge furniture (office swivel chairs, stools, lounge armchairs, seating islands, seating groups) with difficult-to-flame upholstery materials • Tables (sit-stand tables, meeting and project tables, bench workstations, side tables), some of which are electrically height-adjustable • Cupboards, locker and cubicle systems (22 locker cabinets and 5 lockers, total 261 lockable compartments; lockers with an electronic locking system), office cupboards and shelving • Partitions, mobile room dividers, acoustic partitions, meeting alcoves, telephone booths, open acoustic pavilions and privacy curtains • Standing and pendant lights (including a pendant light for the open acoustic pavilion) as well as display trolleys • Outdoor furniture for the outdoor area (standing tables, bar stools, weather-resistant) • Artificial plants, real plants with cachepots, plant containers, decorative items and large screens • Wastepaper bins and waste separation systems •…
