TENDER DESCRIPTION

The service includes the delivery, installation and ready-for-operation arrangement of the loose furnishings (cost group 600) on the levels of the basement, ground floor and upper floor in accordance with the furnishing plans, in particular: • Seating and lounge furniture (office swivel chairs, stools, lounge armchairs, seating islands, seating groups) with highly flame-retardant upholstery materials • Tables (sit-stand tables, meeting and project tables, bench workstations, side tables), some of which are electrically height-adjustable • Cabinets, locker and cubicle systems (22 lockers and 5 cubicles, together 261 lockable compartments; lockers with an electronic locking system), office cabinets and shelves • Partition walls, mobile room dividers, acoustic partition panels, meeting alcoves, telephone booths, open acoustic pavilions and privacy curtains • Standing and pendant luminaires (including one pendant luminaire for the open acoustic pavilion) as well as display trolleys • Outdoor furniture for outdoor areas (standing tables, bar stools, weather-resistant) • Artificial plants, real plants with cachepots, plant containers, decorative objects and large screens • Waste paper…
