TENDER DESCRIPTION
In the area of the planned Upper Reservoir at Kolarjev vrh, meteorological measurements must be started already before the construction of the Kozjak pumped-storage hydroelectric power plant begins. The obtained data will serve as a basis for further planning and/or design of the Kozjak pumped-storage hydroelectric power plant facilities and for monitoring any impact of the construction on local weather conditions.
