TENDER DESCRIPTION

The costs for the guard service are borne by the ULB. However, due to the underlying project applications and their approval, the funding for the measure is usually ensured only for one year and must be applied for again each time. Subject to the approval of subsequent applications, this measure may be continued accordingly. If, however, adequate funding is not provided, we reserve the right to terminate the future guard services contract early in compliance with the applicable notice periods or to reduce opening hours and thus the working hours of the guard service.
