TENDER DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a service provider to carry out a waiting times study for childcare 2026-2030. The purpose of this assignment is to carry out monitoring of waiting times in childcare in the Netherlands and the Caribbean Netherlands and to report on this annually. By monitoring, we mean following trends in waiting times and interpreting these trends per quarter. This monitoring provides, on the one hand, insight into figures (quantitative) and, on the other hand, provides further interpretation (qualitative). The following question is central to this assignment: How will waiting times in day care (KDV), childminder care (GOO)6 and out-of-school care (BSO) develop in the years 2026 through 2030, and how do different variables influence these waiting times? Based in part on the experience figures from recent years and the current need, the scope of the Assignment has been estimated. The estimated value of the Assignment is €450,000 exclusive of VAT.
