TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Contract includes the supply, maintenance and provision of a full-service arrangement for warm drink vending machines for the entire Police in the Netherlands. The scope of the Contract is: supplying all warm drink vending machines, the required ingredients and all activities needed to make available hot drinks and chilled cold water cooled by the machine during the entire term of the Framework Agreement. The scope specifically includes the following components: • Supplying warm drink vending machines with a bean-based brewing method. For “high-traffic locations” (such as training locations, near meeting rooms, etc.), vending machines with a fast brewing method (for example instant) may be used; • Supplying all required vending machine ingredients, loose ingredients and stirrers for the warm drink vending machines. Note: Cups are not supplied as standard with the warm drink vending machines; • Supplying and commissioning (ready for use) the installation of warm drink vending machines, and where necessary the associated base cabinets and dispensers for loose ingredients; • Optional: supplying loose ingredients on request; • Full operating service: providing (cleaning and…
