Facade works for Building 7, relating to all components (BT) West / North / East: ETICS work / sheet metal works / painting works a) Replacement of the West and South façade of BT West that were fitted with construction-phase ETICS, including associated sheet metal works b) Replacement of the façade coating of the North façades of BT West / North / East that were fitted with construction-phase ETICS, including repair of defects c) Replacement of the ETICS with skirting insulation on parapets on the inside after renovation of the roof surfaces in the 5th floor (5.OG) of all BT, including preparation for installation of an increased parapet made of steel d) Installation of ETICS on the StB walls of the southern stairwell extensions, or on the lift overrun areas of BT West / East
