TENDER DESCRIPTION

With the present tender, ewz is procuring general planner services for the complete storage facility for the estimated project period 2026 to 2032. The general planner assumes overall management plus construction supervision and is responsible for the overall performance of all planners plus construction management. The general planner leads, coordinates, and is responsible for the services of their planning team, consisting of the specialist planners and experts, the individual service providers, and supports and advises the client in the project. The tendered services are based on SIA 112:2014 (Construction Planning Model) and the respective regulations SIA 102, 103, 106, and 108, as well as the supplementary requirements from Document 5 "Technical Part".
