TENDER DESCRIPTION

a) For the refurbishment of the patient rooms and bed stations on floors 1 to 3 of the Artemed Klinik München Süd, heating and ventilation installation work is to be procured. The services include in particular: Heating installation: 3,500 m of stainless steel pipe DN 12-32; 100 units of valves DN 15-32; 93 units of panel radiators; 66 units of bathroom radiators. Ventilation installation: 850 m of spiral-seam duct DN 80 200; 68 units of single fans; 3 units of ventilation units including accessories, 1,000 m³/h; dismantling and removal work. Internal code: heating and ventilation installation work (heating supply systems). b) For the project, for the purpose of shortening the submission period pursuant to § 12 EU Para. 1 No. 2 VOB/A, a prior information notice was published in the Official Journal of the European Union (TED - Tenders Electronic Daily) under publication number 566614-2026 on 17 August 2026.
