TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this invitation to tender is the supply, installation and ready-for-operation handover of all building-technical systems for heating supply systems. On the site, to the north on Wilhelmstraße, there is the Johannes-Kepler-Gymnasium including a 3-field sports hall. To the south of this, the Erna-de-Fries Gesamtschule and the Sporthalle Ost (3-field) adjoin. Locating the two new buildings in the south of the existing campus grounds completes this, from an urban-planning perspective, into a functional and future-oriented school, sports and cultural location (Cultural and Youth Centre Scheune, courtyard Bögel-Windmeyer, climbing forest, Heimathaus, Sportzentrum Ost). The new construction of the sports hall is positioned in the south of the property and, together with the new Hauptschule, completes the school complex into a functional and future-oriented campus.
