TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this invitation to tender is the delivery, installation and provision ready for operation of all building services technical systems for heating supply systems. On the site, to the north at Wilhelmstraße, there is the Johannes-Kepler-Gymnasium including a 3-field sports hall. To the south, the Erna-de-Fries Gesamtschule and the Sporthalle Ost (3-field) adjoin it. The location of the two new buildings in the south of the existing campus site completes this urban-development-wise into a functional and future-oriented school, sports and cultural location (cultural and youth centre Scheune, Hof Bögel-Windmeyer, climbing forest, Heimathaus, Sportzentrum Ost). The new construction of the sports hall is situated in the south of the site and, together with the new Hauptschule, completes the school complex as a functional and future-oriented campus.
