TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this tender is the delivery, installation, and ready-for-operation handover of all building services systems for heat supply systems. On the site, in the north on Wilhelmstraße, there is the Johannes-Kepler-Gymnasium including the 3-court sports hall. To the south, the Erna-de-Fries Gesamtschule and the Ost Sports Hall (3-court) are connected. The location of the two new buildings in the south of the existing campus site completes this urban development concept into a functional and future-oriented school, sports, and culture location (Culture and Youth Centre Scheune, courtyard Bögel-Windmeyer, climbing forest, Heimathaus, Ost Sports Centre). The new construction of the sports hall is positioned to the south of the property and, together with the new secondary school, completes the school complex into a functional and future-oriented campus.
