- Maintenance, repair work and fault rectification for HVAC systems with associated control, measurement and regulation (MSR) systems and their components (fire protection and smoke extraction dampers) - Tests in accordance with DGUV Regulation 3 for the aforementioned systems - Improvement of plant engineering by replacing components - Engineering services for the required construction measures, plant optimisations or, to a small extent, adaptation of the existing HVAC system - Maintenance and inspection in accordance with DIN 31051 - Repair work in accordance with DIN 31051 - Fault rectification work. This includes the rapid elimination of system faults and immediate measures in the event of incidents (havarien) with the aim of restoring the intended operation of the system, but at least preventing further disruptions, damage, nuisance and consequential damage. - Improvement in accordance with DIN 31051 - Test services
