TENDER DESCRIPTION

Operation of approximately 6,200 luminaires in five local authorities. The entire operation must be ensured. Minor parts may need to be newly built/replaced. An optional title covering the partial renewal is also put out to tender. Approximately 2,636 lamps are to be converted to LED. A smaller part of the installations is to be taken over as of 07.07.2027. The remainder then as of 01.01.2028. The contract provides for a term of 10 years plus any extension that may occur. The documentation is to be kept in list form and as GIS-readable documentation. Prices will adjust based on various index values, the proportion of which may be offered by the tenderers.
