These planned maintenance measures are necessary in order to maintain and restore the required system functions, so that school, sports and general operations can be ensured. The subject of this tender is the performance specification for the award of maintenance services for these air-handling technical systems in the municipality of Kleinmachnow. The technical systems differ with regard to construction time, manufacturer and complexity. In the appendix to the bill of quantities, there is a listing of the existing systems with the essential technical data. This systems listing is part of the contract. The systems listing must be updated by the contractor (AN).
