TENDER DESCRIPTION
According to the tender documents, the Grifflenberg Campus comprises 1,875 interior doors (Esco, Forster, GEZE, Hörmann, Hueck, Jansen, Lindner, Novoferm, Schannz, Schüco, Tortec) and 186 hold-open installations (GEZE, Dorma) of various manufacturers, distributed across 23 buildings and 3 parking garages. The subject of this tender is the annual maintenance of all interior doors including their associated hold-open installations, smoke and ceiling detectors, as well as registration in a door list according to the appendix door table Grifflenberg Campus. This door list is currently managed manually. In future, all doors are planned to be entered into the existing CAFM program (Planon). The maintenance documents will then have to be maintained in the CAFM program accordingly.
