TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is the professional maintenance, inspection, testing and repair, as well as fault rectification, of door systems in a hospital setting. The objective is to ensure safe, trouble-free and legally compliant operation of all door systems, taking into account a hospital’s special requirements for hygiene, availability, protection of persons and fire protection. The scope of services includes in particular: - carrying out regular maintenance and inspections in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, the relevant statutory regulations and the applicable technical rules and regulations. - functional testing, cleaning, lubrication, adjustment and fine-tuning of all relevant components. - testing the safety and protective devices including sensors, locking mechanisms, closing sequence controllers, escape route functions and emergency release and unlocking devices. - repairing defective or worn components, including delivery and installation of suitable spare parts following prior coordination with the contracting authority. - carrying out the legally prescribed inspections and documenting all maintenance, testing and repair measures.
