TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is professional maintenance, inspection, testing, repair as well as rectification of faults for door systems in a hospital/clinic operation. The aim is to ensure safe, fault-free and legally compliant operation of all door systems, taking into account the special requirements of a hospital regarding hygiene, availability, protection of persons and fire safety. The scope of services includes in particular: - Carrying out regular maintenance and inspections in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications, the applicable legal regulations and the currently valid technical rules and regulations. - Functional testing, cleaning, lubrication, adjustment and fine-tuning of all relevant components. - Inspection of safety and protective devices including sensors, locking mechanisms, closing-sequence controllers, escape route functions as well as emergency opening and release/unlocking devices. - Repair of defective or worn components, including delivery and installation of suitable spare parts after prior coordination with the contracting authority. - Carrying out legally prescribed tests and documenting all maintenance, testing and repair measures.
