TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of this contract is the inspection and maintenance of fire extinguishers with an option for extension as well as the additionally required services during the contract period, such as replacements or refills; no longer than 4 years after the contract commencement. Based on the existing location list, the recorded data must be updated with the service delivery. The maintenance and inspection of all fire extinguishers must be completed within six months; November 2026 up to and including April 2027. Extraordinary replacements and refills of fire extinguishers outside of inspection and maintenance will be called off as required. Approximately 4,800 fire extinguishers are to be planned for the first inspection and maintenance (mandatory until the beginning of Q2 2027). For the second cycle (in 2028/2029), additional fire extinguishers may be added, as further new buildings of the University of Münster could be completed.
