TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this procurement is the inspection and maintenance of fire extinguishers with the option to extend, as well as the further necessary services, such as replacement acquisitions or refilling, during the contract period; maximum up to 4 years from the start of the contract. Based on the existing site list, the recorded data must be updated with the service delivery. The maintenance and inspection of all fire extinguishers must be completed within six months; from November 2026 until including April 2027. Extraordinary replacement acquisitions and refilling of fire extinguishers outside the inspection and maintenance will be called off as needed. Approximately 4,800 fire extinguishers are to be planned during the first inspection and maintenance (compulsory by early Q2 2027). For the second cycle (in the year 2028/2029), additional fire extinguishers may be added, as further new buildings of the University of Münster could be nearing completion.
