TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this tender is the award of a maintenance contract for ceiling supply units (DVE) in the facilities of all companies. The DVE are used to supply medical gases, electrical power and data connections and are safety-relevant installations within the companies’ technical building services. These systems form an integral part of patient-related care and are operated as safety-critical systems. The aim of the maintenance contract is to ensure that the systems are permanently operationally safe, hygienically unobjectionable and compliant with standards. The contractor’s services help to ensure patient and staff safety at all times and to fully meet statutory requirements and operator obligations. The services to be provided include inspection, maintenance, functional testing as well as repair of the existing systems in compliance with all relevant standards, statutory regulations and manufacturer specifications within the framework of preventive and corrective maintenance management.
