TENDER DESCRIPTION
The total contract of the framework agreement includes the annual maintenance in accordance with DIN 18232 and DIN 57833 at the locations (units) of the state schools as well as in various properties of GMH – University Construction | Sports and Special Properties (approx. 430 at SBH and approx. 73 at GMH) in Hamburg. Regions and quantities: RM Mitte, approx. 43 locations with approx. 106 SHSES RA Altona, approx. 59 locations with approx. 163 SHSES Formal criteria and minimum requirements, see performance specification sections 3 ff.
